Method
From first contact to released cargo
A customs process runs well when nobody has to ask what stage it is at. These are the five steps we follow on every operation.
Framing
We listen to the operation: what the goods are, where they come from, which Incoterm they were bought under and when you need them. We identify upfront the requirements that typically delay this kind of file.

Estimate
We provisionally classify the goods and calculate the duties, VAT and foreseeable charges. You get a figure before making any commitment to us.
Written cost estimate
Document preparation
We check invoices, packing lists, certificates and licences. When something is missing we ask your supplier in time to fix it before the cargo arrives.
Checked and complete file
Clearance
We file the customs declaration and follow the control channel assigned. If there is a physical or documentary inspection, we attend and respond to the customs office.
Declaration filed and followed
Release and archive
The goods are released and we hand over the complete documentary file, ready for archiving and for any future inspection.
File closed and archived
